I paid over $60,000 for those videos alone (but it was worth it). They also charged me extra for photos that came with each video and I also bought thousands of other photos from others.  I have also bought smaller amounts of exclusive content from others. In addition, I have also licensed many niche DVDs, who are actually (now) charging more than I paid back then."
