The primary website in this network is well-established at over 22 years old (started in 2001). The network of 11 websites generated over $200,000 in membership sales in 2023. At the end of the year, the third-party content licenser made the decision to retire from the business and this JAV website also decided to shut down the members area as a result, rather than find another content provider. The domain and websites were acquired at the end of December 2023, without any of the licensed content or membership area. The signup buttons were redirected to a popular JAV paysite with an affiliate program and links to a webcam whitelabel were added.

The properties immediately started to generate thousands of dollars in signups. These revenues are entirely passive. The current owner does nearly nothing to run or maintain the website.

There is a massive Japanese JAV database associated with the website (with a CRM to manage it) which contains over 1,900 japanese pornstar actresses. This drives quality traffic to the website which converts into sales and revenues. The CRM was custom coded at significant expense to the founder.

The websites have high domain authority a massive amount of backlinks, and as a collection generate high converting SEO traffic, which drive sales to the affiliate program. The revenues will continue indefinitely.

There are additional revenue opportunities with the sale of navigation tabs at the top of the website (currently for sale at JuicyAds) as well as hardlink sales. A new members area could be added to replace the old members area (which would drive higher profits without relying on affiliate tracking cookies etc). A video "tube" section could be added which would generate immediate views and advertising revenues. The buyer may choose to redirect the whole network to a webcam website, add backlinks to their own websites to boost SEO, or to continue to maintain the database for even more growth.
